Ball Corporation Q3 2026 Non-GAAP EPS of $1.10 Beats Estimates as Revenue Hits $4.19 Billion

Ball Corporation reported strong third-quarter 2026 results on November 3, with comparable diluted earnings per share of $1.10, beating analyst estimates by $0.03, and revenue of $4.19 billion, which topped forecasts by approximately $410 million. Comparable operating earnings came in at $451 million, driven by higher global volumes and favorable price and product mix, partially offset by increased costs.

On a GAAP basis, however, the company swung to a net loss attributable to shareholders of $94 million, or $0.36 per diluted share, compared with net earnings of $321 million, or $1.18 per share, in the same quarter a year earlier. The GAAP loss reflects charges not included in the comparable figures.

For the full year 2026, Ball maintained its outlook for comparable diluted earnings per share growth of 10-plus percent and free cash flow in the range of $900 million. Chief executive Ron Lewis credited the results to the company's customer-focused strategy and the Ball Business System, noting that teams drove global volume and operating earnings growth despite a dynamic operating environment.
