More than a dozen biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies presented at the Morgan Stanley 24th Annual Global Healthcare Conference on September 14, 2026, offering investors updates on commercial launches, pipeline development and market opportunities across oncology, rare disease, gene therapy and metabolic conditions.

Denali Therapeutics highlighted building launch momentum, while Viking Therapeutics pointed to a broadening obesity pipeline and Sana Biotechnology emphasized its diabetes program as a lead asset. United Therapeutics deepened its case around fibrosis, and CG Oncology addressed its launch trajectory alongside upcoming data and scale plans.

In the rare disease space, Zevra told investors it sees its addressable market as larger than previously understood, and Zenas BioPharma focused attention on its cash position, overall pipeline and the autoimmune antibody obexelimab. Crescent Biopharma outlined a pipeline-building strategy, while 4D Molecular Therapeutics presented its gene therapy push.
