Bitwise Launches First US Spot NEAR ETF with Staking Rewards on NYSE Arca

Bitwise Asset Management has listed the first US spot NEAR Protocol exchange-traded fund on NYSE Arca under the ticker NRR, giving American investors direct exposure to NEAR alongside staking rewards. The fund charges a 0.75% annual fee and stakes its NEAR holdings in-house, with staking rewards flowing to shareholders through the fund's net asset value rather than as separate distributions.

The launch extends Bitwise's growing footprint in regulated crypto products. The firm has already accumulated $677 million in cumulative net inflows into its XRP ETF, which leads all XRP funds in that category. XRP ETF net assets across the market reached $1.77 billion as of September 25 after rising roughly 80% during the third quarter, with 11 consecutive weeks of inflows recorded. Bitwise CIO Matt Hougan attributed adviser interest in XRP to its longevity and its understandable financial use cases rather than price speculation alone.
