Genesis Goldfields Launches Non-Brokered Private Placement to Raise Up to C$2 Million

Genesis Goldfields Corp. (CSE: GGF; OTC: NEWDF; FSE: M4K0) has announced a non-brokered private placement offering of up to 13,333,333 units at a price of C$0.15 per unit, targeting gross proceeds of up to C$2 million.

Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of one transferable common share purchase warrant. The structure gives investors partial warrant coverage, a standard feature in junior mining financings that provides upside participation if the share price rises after closing.
