Glaukos Surges After Q3 Revenue Jumps 58% and Company Targets $1 Billion in 2027 Sales

Glaukos posted third-quarter 2026 revenue of $211 million, a 58% year-over-year increase, driven by a 154% surge in corneal health sales and 47% growth in U.S. glaucoma revenue. Earnings per share came in at $0.47, compared to a loss of $0.16 in the same period a year earlier, while gross margin reached 85%. The company ended the quarter debt-free with $339.8 million in cash.

Management raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to a range of $775 million to $785 million, above prior estimates, and issued a preliminary 2027 revenue target of $1 billion, underpinned by the ongoing rollouts of its Epioxa and iDose TR products. Analysts responded by boosting their forecasts following the results.

Shares opened more than 15% higher in premarket trading on October 29, reflecting investor confidence in the raised guidance and the strength of the quarterly beat.
