GoDaddy Q3 2026 Revenue Rises 6% to $1.34 Billion as AI Tool Airo Tops $100 Million Run Rate

GoDaddy reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $1.34 billion, up 6% year-over-year on both a reported and constant-currency basis, with net income of $261.8 million and earnings of $2.08 per share. Applications and Commerce revenue grew 9% to $524.3 million, while Core Platform revenue rose 4% to $817.5 million.

The standout development was the performance of Airo, GoDaddy's AI-powered platform tool, which crossed an annualized bookings run rate of $100 million, more than doubling from the $50 million figure disclosed just one quarter earlier. CEO Aman Bhutani said Airo began incrementally contributing to bookings growth in the quarter and is now GoDaddy's flagship website product, with the company positioning itself for what he called an agentic world.

CFO Mark McCaffrey reaffirmed full-year 2026 free cash flow guidance of approximately $1.8 billion, up from $1.6 billion in 2025, and a normalized EBITDA margin target above 33%. GoDaddy now expects full-year revenue to land toward the higher end of its previously issued range of $5.215 billion to $5.255 billion, implying roughly 6% growth at the midpoint versus 2025. Year to date through October 26, the company repurchased 15.7 million shares for $1.4 billion, a 12% gross reduction in fully diluted shares outstanding. Total cash stood at $1.1 billion against $3.8 billion in total debt as of September 30.

GoDaddy shares outperformed competitors on October 30, though the stock traded in a range of roughly $99.82 to $106.68 on the day, reflecting elevated implied volatility that also appeared in broader options activity screens.
