Honeywell Aerospace Beats Q3 Estimates, Raises Guidance and Declares First Dividend as Standalone Company

Honeywell Aerospace (HONA) reported third-quarter 2026 adjusted earnings per share of $2.21, beating Wall Street estimates by $0.35, with quarterly sales of $4.6 billion that topped analyst forecasts by roughly $20 million. Net income rose to $726 million from $644 million in the year-ago comparable period, while adjusted EBIT reached $1.161 billion. CEO Jim Currier credited results above expectations to sequential and year-over-year growth in both sales and adjusted EBIT, and pointed to 9% orders growth over the trailing 12 months as evidence of robust underlying demand.

The company, which was spun off from Honeywell International earlier in 2026, raised the lower end of its second-half 2026 free cash flow forecast to $1.2 billion to $1.4 billion, up from a prior range of $1.0 billion to $1.4 billion. It also lifted its full-year 2026 adjusted EPS guidance to $7.85 to $8.00 and maintained its full-year organic sales outlook while narrowing its adjusted EBIT guidance range. Alongside the earnings release, Honeywell Aerospace declared its first quarterly dividend as a standalone public company.

Stock moves after the release were conflicted across sources, with one data point showing shares up roughly 5.4% while a separate report cited a 3% decline attributed to rising costs.
