Organigram Global Posts Record Q3 Revenue of $105.8M and Raises FY26 Guidance Above Estimates, Stock Jumps 15%

Organigram Global swung to a third-quarter profit and posted record fiscal Q3 2026 net revenue of $105.78 million, up sharply from $70.79 million a year earlier, driven by the April 2026 consolidation of Germany-based Sanity Group into its financial results. The company also reported record adjusted EBITDA for the quarter, with improving performance across several Canadian cannabis categories contributing alongside the Sanity contribution. Following the results, Organigram raised its full-year fiscal 2026 revenue guidance above analyst estimates, building on a prior upgrade in May when the company lifted its outlook to more than $350 million from more than $300 million after closing the Sanity acquisition.

Shares surged roughly 15.2 percent in pre-market trading on August 11 in response to the earnings beat and upgraded guidance.
