Securitize Launches 1:1-Backed Tokenized Shares of Apple, Nvidia and Tesla on Solana

Securitize has launched tokenized versions of 12 major U.S. stocks on the Solana blockchain, including Apple, Nvidia, Tesla, Microsoft, and Strategy, with each token backed one-for-one by a real underlying share. Shareholders retain dividend rights, and settlement is handled in USDC, preserving the economic and legal characteristics of traditional equity ownership.

Trading begins on Securitize's PropAMM platform, with Jump Trading acting as liquidity provider and RQD supporting clearing, custody, and settlement. The firm also has plans to expand trading to the New York Stock Exchange and the OKXICE digital venue, a joint venture between Intercontinental Exchange and OKX.

The launch arrives as the SEC is exploring an innovation exemption for tokenized securities, giving the initiative a broader regulatory tailwind. By bringing blue-chip equities onto a public blockchain with compliant infrastructure, Securitize is positioning the platform to bridge traditional equity markets and on-chain liquidity, potentially expanding access and settlement efficiency for institutional and retail participants alike.
