Strategy Buys 250 BTC for $21.5 Million and Repurchases $192 Million in Preferred Stock

Strategy added 250 Bitcoin to its corporate treasury last week at an average price of $86,194 per coin, spending approximately $21.5 million. The purchase brings the company's total holdings to 848,250 BTC, acquired for roughly $64 billion at an average cost of $75,444 per coin.

Alongside the Bitcoin purchase, Strategy repurchased $192.4 million of its STRC preferred shares. The company reported $4.88 billion in USD reserves and $640.5 million in additional cash, signaling an active capital restructuring effort. The STRC buyback may bolster market confidence in the preferred shares and influence their price trajectory.
