Veradermics to Release Phase 3 Topline Data Monday for Oral Hair Loss Drug VDPHL01

Veradermics (NYSE: MANE), a New Haven-based late-stage biopharmaceutical company, announced it will host an investor call and live webcast on Monday, October 19, 2026, at 8:00 am ET to present topline results from Part A of its Phase 3 Study '304,' a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled registration-directed trial evaluating VDPHL01 in males with mild-to-moderate pattern hair loss.

VDPHL01 is a proprietary oral extended-release compound that the company has positioned as a potential first-in-class FDA-approved oral treatment for pattern hair loss. The drug previously showed positive topline results in its Phase 2/3 Study '302,' demonstrating rapid onset of hair growth with a favorable safety and tolerability profile comparable to placebo. Veradermics completed enrollment in Study '304' in February 2026, with topline data long anticipated for the second half of the year.

The Monday readout is one of two closely watched Phase 3 data events scheduled for the same day, alongside topline results from the APOLLO Phase 3 trial of bitopertin in erythropoietic protoporphyria by a separate company.
