Zscaler Beats Q4 Earnings and Revenue Estimates, Issues Strong Guidance

Zscaler reported fiscal fourth-quarter 2026 results after the close on September 3, delivering a double beat on both earnings and revenue that exceeded Wall Street estimates. Shares of Zscaler rose sharply in after-hours trading following the release, recovering ground lost earlier in the fiscal year when a cautious early fiscal 2027 outlook had punished the stock. The strong fourth-quarter report and forward guidance signaled to investors that demand for the company's cloud-based security platform remains robust heading into fiscal 2027.
