ONGold and Arc Mineral Royalties Each File New NI 43-101 Technical Reports for Their Flagship Gold Projects

ONGold Resources Ltd. (TSXV: ONAU; OTCQB: ONGRF) filed on SEDAR+ an independent NI 43-101 technical report for its Monument Bay Gold Project in northeastern Manitoba on October 29, 2026. The report, dated May 30, 2025 with an effective date of March 3, 2025, describes historical mineral resource estimates for the project, which spans a 40-kilometre strike length with significant gold and tungsten mineralization and has seen more than 233,000 metres drilled across over 800 diamond core holes. A separate, more recent mineral resource estimate prepared by SRK Consulting (Canada) Inc., effective July 31, 2026, outlined open-pit constrained Measured and Indicated Resources of 74.39 million tonnes grading 0.84 g/t gold for 2.0 million ounces, plus Inferred Resources of 24.46 million tonnes at 0.62 g/t gold for 0.49 million ounces.

Also on October 29, Arc Mineral Royalties Ltd. (TSXV: ARO) filed an updated NI 43-101 technical report for the Mt Henry Gold Project in Western Australia, where Arc holds a 1% net smelter return royalty over the entire project with an option to acquire an additional 1% NSR royalty. Operator Sinclair Gold Ltd. (ASX: SGC) had previously released an updated interim JORC 2012 resource for Mt Henry in September 2026 showing 33.9 million tonnes at 1.2 g/t gold for 1.3 million ounces in the Measured and Indicated categories and 14.0 million tonnes at 1.2 g/t gold for 0.5 million ounces Inferred, roughly double the total contained gold reported when Sinclair acquired the project in February 2026.
