XRP received a significant institutional visibility boost on October 19 when Ripple and the XRP Ledger Foundation jointly launched an official X account for the token, a move that generated broad enthusiasm across the Ripple community and signaled a coordinated push to expand XRP's global reach beyond price speculation.

On the same day, on-chain data showed the XRP Ledger processed $49.66 billion in transfers, a figure 33.8 times larger than the $1.47 billion recorded in exchange turnover for the same session. The entire network movement cost just $664 in fees, highlighting the ledger's low-cost architecture.

XRP's price was trading near $1.26, a level analysts flagged as key support. FX Empire noted that exchange inflows had dropped to pre-rally levels and pointed to a potential technical recovery toward $1.55, contingent on a confirmed breakout above resistance at $1.31. The spread between on-chain activity and exchange volume drew attention as a possible signal of accumulation rather than active selling.
